How Testing Works
We send you one of our test kits, and you do the rest. Simply follow the instructions to collect your sample at home, then send it back to us with the pre-paid return envelope.
Lab Analysis
Zoia lab tests are physician-authorized and are as accurate as tests you would take in a healthcare facility. All samples are analyzed in labs which are CLIA certified and CAP-accredited in the US. All of these laboratories undergo a frequent quality control check to ensure the highest standard of testing. Our experienced team of laboratory professionals will conduct a comprehensive analysis using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. All kits come with clear instructions that will guide you on how to take your sample.
Licensed Physicians
We contract with a nationwide network of medical providers who hold licenses with overlapping coverage in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Patients are matched to a physician licensed in their same state.
Privacy
When you use a Zoia test kit, your sample is sent to a top-tier laboratory for analysis. We partner exclusively with U.S.-based laboratories that are accredited by CLIA and CAP, ensuring the highest standards of quality. These are the same laboratories that analyze samples from doctor’s offices and clinics. As a result, our at-home tests offer the same reliability as those conducted in a medical office. Additionally, all HIPPA control measures are enforced and you can rest assured your information is private.
